Support the United Nations Global Compact Initiative
Since 2023, we support the United Nations Global Compact initiative and the Ten Principles outlined within it. This commitment reflects our dedication to integrating universal principles concerning human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption into our company policies and everyday work.

We take concrete steps to minimize our impact on the environment, with the goal of bringing attention to environmental sustainability at the corporate culture level, promoting it as one of Quantyca’s guiding objectives.
We have identified significant environmental KPIs that we monitor and update annually. These indicators allow us to measure our impact on the environment and understand how we can improve as a company in the areas that matter.

Governance
By focusing our attention on the ability to manage change through a flexible internal organization and the adoption of processes aimed at continuous improvement, achieved through optimization, automation, and the contribution of our staff’s specialized expertise.
Compliance
We promote and ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, statutory, and contractual requirements also through the definition and enforcement of an appropriate Disciplinary System, as well as through the adoption, maintenance, certification, and increased awareness of the requirements of the Management Systems and Standards voluntarily adopted, thus establishing an Integrated Corporate Management System.
Risk Management
We periodically, or whenever significant changes occur, assess and monitor the internal and external context in which we operate, adopting an approach based on the analysis and management of legal, contractual, organizational, infrastructural, technical, and operational risks, with the goal of making our Organization as resilient as possible.
Incident Handling
We implement a system for tracking information security events and incidents that allows us to identify critical issues and take corrective actions to eliminate them or, if elimination is not possible, to mitigate them. We manage communication during incidents with utmost care, coordinating response activities and the procedures for restoring normal operations.

Rating ESG
We annually complete ESG assessment ratings available on the Ecovadis, Open-ES, and Consorzio ABC platforms. The results of our ratings are available for viewing on the respective platforms.
