IT is increasingly under pressure and struggling to scale. Many of the resources available to innovate and keep up with the business are now concentrated on managing the increasing complexity of integrations.
In order to meet the challenges of the post-pandemic recovery, it is necessary to rethink IT’s operating model by putting data management at the heart of its strategy.
In the presentation we looked at the main technological and organisational trends in the world of data management and how these can be used to define a data strategy that enables IT to streamline its processes and free up valuable resources to respond quickly to the organisation’s needs.
