Project & Delivery Manager

As a Project & Delivery Manager you will be an essential part of challenging projects in both management and technical aspects. You will manage projects in their whole lifecycle, from requirements collection to design and solution development.

What you will do

  • Managing your team, defining projects and monitoring the overall progress together with our clients
  • Defining a work plan, making sure to go along correct timing and costs
  • Monitoring project margins
  • Managing client relationships on multiple levels, helping the team in potentially complex situations
  • Maintaining the relationship with various stakeholders, providing regular updates about projects progression
  • Encouraging team members and their professional growth, in order to convey a positive culture based on feedback and mutual understanding

Who you are

  • 2 to 8 years experience as an IT Project Manager
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in STEM courses with a big focus on innovation
  • Experience coordinating and managing tech teams
  • Knowledge of project lifecycle stages, timing and costs
  • Experience working with both Business stakeholders and IT professionals, in order to guide the team during the whole project (starting from requirements comprehension through solutions design and development, according to agreed timing and strategies)
  • Ability to handle complex relational and management circumstances

Prince, PMP or ITIL certificates will be considered as a plus.
