Compliance Specialist

As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing compliance projects in the areas of ISO management systems (9001, 27001), Privacy, Legislative Decree 231/01, and ESG.

What you will do

Manage and develop corporate management systems and related documentation
Review contracts with clients and suppliers
Handle any reports and complaints from employees, clients, or other stakeholders regarding issues related to corporate management systems
Support staff training on internal procedures, privacy, sustainability and anti-corruption
Monitor regulatory updates in the sector
Perform risk analyses on environmental, quality, information security, administrative responsibility, etc.
Define and implement policies, management procedures and indicators
Calculate ESG indicators and draft the corporate sustainability report
Report to management on the management systems
Conduct internal audits for compliance with defined procedures
Manage relations with the certification body and third-party audits
Manage corporate ESG score platforms (Ecovadis, OpenES)

Who you are

A degree in Law, Economics or Management Engineering
At least 3 years previous experience in the role
Knowledge of personal data protection regulations (e.g., EU Regulation 679/2016, Legislative Decree 196/2003, General Authorizations and Provisions of the Privacy Guarantor)
Knowledge of Legislative Decree 231/01
Knowledge of ISO management systems (preferably 9001 and 27001)
Knowledge of ESG topics
A positive attitude toward teamwork
