Compliance Specialist

As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing compliance projects in the areas of ISO management systems (9001, 27001), Privacy, Legislative Decree 231/01, and ESG.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop corporate management systems and related documentation
  • Review contracts with clients and suppliers
  • Handle any reports and complaints from employees, clients, or other stakeholders regarding issues related to corporate management systems
  • Support staff training on internal procedures, privacy, sustainability and anti-corruption
  • Monitor regulatory updates in the sector
  • Perform risk analyses on environmental, quality, information security, administrative responsibility, etc.
  • Define and implement policies, management procedures and indicators
  • Calculate ESG indicators and draft the corporate sustainability report
  • Report to management on the management systems
  • Conduct internal audits for compliance with defined procedures
  • Manage relations with the certification body and third-party audits
  • Manage corporate ESG score platforms (Ecovadis, OpenES)

Who you are

  • A degree in Law, Economics or Management Engineering
  • At least 3 years previous experience in the role
  • Knowledge of personal data protection regulations (e.g., EU Regulation 679/2016, Legislative Decree 196/2003, General Authorizations and Provisions of the Privacy Guarantor)
  • Knowledge of Legislative Decree 231/01
  • Knowledge of ISO management systems (preferably 9001 and 27001)
  • Knowledge of ESG topics
  • A positive attitude toward teamwork
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and autonomy
  • Confidentiality and responsibility
