Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will act as a key technical reference in the design of Data & AI solutions.

You will be responsible for establishing and promoting Quantyca’s architectural vision, ensuring that the technological offering is effectively and concretely applied across projects, and that delivered solutions meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and innovation.

This role requires strong technical authority and leadership, with the ability to influence technology choices at a company-wide level and to support delivery teams as a stable and widely recognized point of reference.

What you will do

Act as a cross-functional technical reference across the entire organization, becoming the primary point of contact for complex architectural topics in the Data & AI domain
Define and govern end-to-end data architectures, guiding the evolution of solutions and ensuring technical consistency across projects and clients
Exercise strong and continuous technical leadership, coordinating teams from an architectural perspective, supporting them in critical decisions, and guiding technology choices
Ensure the overall quality of solutions, monitoring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability, and proactively intervening to prevent technical risks
Bring Quantyca’s offering vision into Delivery project teams, contributing to the definition and dissemination of standards, architectural patterns, and guidelines
Lead the technical proposal and pre-sales process for assigned clients
Act as a reference point for Data Governance and Change Management initiatives in the Data & AI domain for assigned clients
Provide internal feedback to optimize the technological and methodological offering, contributing to the continuous evolution of our solutions
Support the growth of junior professionals, fostering their technical development and integration into project teams

Benefit and contract

Permanent contract
Indicative gross annual salary (RAL): €52,000 – €65,000
Possibility of home working (office location: Monza) when on-site presence is not required
Annual performance bonus (8% of gross salary)

Who we are looking for

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM disciplines
Minimum 6 years and maximum 10 years of experience, currently holding a technically demanding and leadership role (Solution Architect, Data Architect, Lead Engineer)
Advanced proficiency in Italian and fluent English is required
Solid experience in the design and governance of complex data architectures
Advanced skills in Data Platforms, Big Data, Data Mesh, Data Governance, Cloud, and AI, with the ability to assess and select the most suitable technologies for enterprise environments
Proven ability to establish yourself as a technical leader, guiding teams with expertise, vision, and credibility
Strong mentoring mindset and commitment to knowledge sharing
