Junior Software Engineer

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be involved in complex Data project, following the entire software development lifecycle.

What you will do

  • Participating in end-to-end projects (from requirements collection to launch)
  • Understanding projects and their functional contexts, processes and functional requirements
  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of new backend and frontend features, mainly for web applications
  • Support customers and partners throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and expertise
  • Getting gradually more involved in design phases, following an appropriate career evolution

Who you are

Bachelor or Master Degree in STEM courses with an IT focus
Basic knowledge of:
  • Object-oriented programming languages, such as Java or similar
  • JavaScript, Html and Css
  • Relational databases
  • Service-oriented design
  • Code versioning and collaboration tools
  • Networking and systems administration
Understanding of:
  • Common software engineering principles
  • Clean Code best practices
  • Design and modeling tools and techniques (UML, ER diagrams)
  • Strong passion for data and technology
  • Positive attitude in teamwork
  • Curiosity, proactivity and desire to grow
